ENROLLMENT and PAYMENT DUE DATE
We have an open enrollment policy, that allows for you to enroll you child at any time. If you enroll anytime after the 1st of a month, you tuition is prorated for that month. Payments are due by the first class of each month after your enrollment date. A Late Fee of $10.00 will be added to you monthly tuition if payment is not received by the first class. To avoid the possibility of getting a Late Fee, we encourage you to enroll in the Auto Pay feature with either your Credit Card or, our Preferred Method of payment, eCheck. We do accept cash and personal checks at the gym, however, returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 return check fee.
All Students will be charged a $35.00 anniversary fee. This fee is good for one year or until you drop out of the program.
INCLEMENT WEAHTER and MAKEUP POLICY
We are now offering make ups for missed classes with the EXCEPTION of Holidays or Gym Closings. If you miss a class due to sickness or scheduling issues, please find a similar class with an OPEN SPOT and register for a Make Up. Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, if classes are FULL, then no make-ups are possible. There will be NO prorated tuition or refunds for missed classes or for scheduled holidays or Gym Closings.
In the event that the gym is closed due to Inclement Weather, make up classes will be allowed. You will need to contact the gym to schedule your make up.
PARENTS MUST NOTIFY THE SCHOOL TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS. This can be done a couple of ways. The first is through the Parent Portal. Log into your account and you can request to Drop your class on a specific date. Please pay ALL balances before the request or it will not be accepted. The second is by a written notice via email, regular postal mail or placed in the payment box. Also, be aware that if you drop anytime during the Month, you will be responsible for the entire Month. So be sure to drop at the end of a Month. No refunds will be given.

During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
We are extremely proud of our gymnasts! We are constantly taking pictures of what we do on a daily basis plus all of our extra activities (birthday parties, special events, etc.). We WILL NOT post any names of our gymnasts but we do like to post what they are learning and working on in our gym. The pictures will be used in flyers and/or brochures, social media and our website. The website gives general information about our gym and the programs we offer. We are always trying to update our site with current information and fun new pictures. All content on the website is publicly viewable by anyone on the internet.
When you create your account in the Parent Portal you accept the Rules and Policies and you are giving East Coast Gymnastics & Cheer's staff and management the right to use your child's photo as described above.
