Safe, Structured Parkour Training


Parkour is the practice of traversing obstacles in a man-made or natural environment through the use of running, vaulting, jumping, climbing, rolling, and other movements in order to travel from one point to another in the quickest and most efficient way possible without the use of equipment. The Parkour Program also implements the use of Freerunning, which uses flips and tricking to traverse your environment in style!

Parkour builds total-body athleticism through climbing, jumping, vaulting, and rolling movements. Students improve balance, coordination, mobility, and core strength while learning to move efficiently. These skills transfer well into other sports and physical activities.
